CHIP CLEANING TOWER AUTOMATION
Chip Cleaning Tower includes Dynascreens , Dynairs , Magnetic Drums , Pneumatic Seperators , Water pit, Ferro and nan ferro metal seperators to clean the chip.On the other hands there are belt conveyors , screw conveyors , flaps ,silo discharging systems , blower and filter systems to transport the chip.Within this scope , Automation Panels were installed . PLC (include safety programs) and Scada programs were prepared and put in operation all systems .
